YACHT RENTAL REGULATIONS (CHARTER)

§1. General provisions

1. These regulations define the rules for renting a yacht with crew for tourist cruises, including all-day trips and romantic cruises (dinners, sunsets).

2. The cruise organizer and owner of the yacht is Floating Adventures BV, hereinafter referred to as the Shipowner.

3. The person making the reservation is hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

4. Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these regulations in their entirety.

§2. Scope of service

1. The yacht is rented only with the captain/crew provided by the Shipowner.

2. The yacht is intended for recreational, sightseeing and occasional cruises.

3. Cruises may include: • full-day trips, • shorter scenic cruises, • romantic dinners on the water, • sunset cruises.

4. The cruise route and program are individually determined and may change due to weather or safety reasons. ⸻

§3. Reservation and Payment

1. Reservations can be made by email, telephone or via the form on the website.

2. The condition for confirmation of the reservation is the payment of a deposit or the full amount – in accordance with individual arrangements.

3. The remaining payment (if applicable) must be made no later than before the start of the cruise.

4. Payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer (as per the Shipowner's offer).

 

§4. Safety rules

1. The client and all cruise participants are obliged to: • strictly follow the captain's instructions, • observe the safety rules in force on the yacht.

2. On board it is prohibited to: • operate the yacht by unauthorized persons, • enter the water without the captain's consent, • behave in a way that endangers one's own safety or the safety of others.

3. Life jackets are available on board and must be used on the captain's instructions.

 

§5. Alcohol and behavior on board

1. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in moderate amounts, unless the captain decides otherwise.

2. Persons under the influence of alcohol or behaving aggressively may be refused entry to the cruise or the cruise may be interrupted without any right to a refund.

 

§6. Weather conditions

1. Cruises take place only when weather conditions allow for safe navigation.

2. In case of bad weather conditions, the Shipowner reserves the right to: • change the date of the cruise, • change the route, • cancel the cruise.

3. In the event of cancellation of the cruise due to weather conditions, the Client is entitled to a refund of the funds paid or to a new date being set.

 

§7. Liability

1. The client is liable for any damage caused by himself or his companions on the yacht.

2. The shipowner is not liable for: • personal belongings taken on board, • random events resulting from weather conditions.

3. Participation in the cruise is at your own risk.

 

§8. Cancellation of reservation

1. The Client has the right to cancel the booking by informing the Shipowner in advance.

2. Detailed conditions for the refund of the deposit or payment are determined individually and depend on the cancellation date.

 

§9. Personal data

1. Customers' personal data are processed solely for the purpose of providing the service in accordance with applicable law.

2. The administrator of personal data is the Shipowner.

 

§10. Final provisions

1. The Regulations apply from the date of publication on the website.

2. The shipowner reserves the right to make changes to the regulations.

3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the law in force in a given country shall apply.
